GIFT CARD

Would you like to give a special gift but are not sure which product to choose?

Gift cards are your solution!

Let your loved one choose what they like best from all the products on the website, and you're sure to get it right!

You can also buy one for yourself and redeem it on future purchases :)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The purchase process is the same as when buying a product.

There is an option to process the order directly by selecting the amount and adding it to the cart or by checking the box "I want to send this as a gift".

If the first option is chosen, the buyer or recipient will receive an order confirmation email with a digital gift card with a unique code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.

If the second option, "I want to send this as a gift", is chosen, the recipient's email address must be entered so that we can send them the digital gift card, and optionally their name and a message.

You can also select the day you want us to send the gift card to the email or leave this field blank to receive it at the time of purchase.

You will receive an email confirming that the gift card was sent to the recipient you chose.

PLEASE NOTE

If the available balance on the gift card is greater than the order amount, the remaining balance can be used for subsequent purchases until it is depleted.

If, on the other hand, the available balance is less, the amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance can be paid using other payment methods.

The gift card code can be entered in the "Gift card or Discount code" field on the payment page, and the gift card value will be applied to the total order amount.

IMPORTANT

Gift cards do not incur shipping costs.

You have 1 year from the date of purchase to redeem the gift card.

After this time, the gift card expires.

A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Gift cards are not cumulative.

If several gift cards are purchased, they cannot be combined for the same purchase.

Only one gift card code can be entered at a time.

Gift cards cannot be combined with promotional codes.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
